You are a passionate Early Childhood leader with:

A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

At least 2-3 years of experience in early childhood leadership

Strong knowledge of the NQF and Early Years Learning Framework

A natural ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams

A warm, collaborative, and proactive communication style
