• We are seeking Line leaders for our client based in Wacol will multiple positions available
• 1 x line Leader Day shift 2 x Line leaders Afternoon shift
• $31.28ph Day Shift - $35.97ph Afternoon Shift.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a manual packing line, leading a team of 5-7 machine operators.
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of machinery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Perform manual lifting of up to 25 kg.
• Foster a collaborative and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven machine operation experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Supervisory or team leader experience required.
• Ability to handle manual lifting requirements.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing.
