We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Accounts Receivable Officer for a 6-month contract to join this leading organisation.

You will be working within a small team processing payments, allocations, releasing orders and handling queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing accounts receivable transactions
• Reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy
• Generating and sending out invoices/statements
• Following up on outstanding payments
• Preparing financial reports and statements
• Query resolution
• Posting journals
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve billing issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

On Offer:

• $37 - $38 per hour plus super
• 6-month contract – ASAP start
