Our client is a construction and building company renowned for developing premium residential and commercial properties.
Having led the industry for over 40 years, our client has consistently been at the forefront of delivering top-quality structures that withstand the test of time.

Specializing in premium residential developments across Sydney’s Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs, their projects range from boutique town homes to multi-storey apartment complexes. With a clear vision of creating and delivering exceptional living spaces, they are committed to quality and innovation.

Currently, they are in search of an experienced mandarin speaking Site Foreman who has a proven track record of at least 3 years in similar roles.
You will work closely with the Project Manager and Contract Administrator and be responsible for all site-related matters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and building regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to align on project goals and progress
• Oversee high-quality fit-outs and internal finishes on luxury residential and commercial projects
• Identify and resolve any site issues or delays promptly
• Provide on-the-job training, support, and guidance to team members to enhance performance
• Maintain detailed site records, progress reports, and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman, preferably in luxury residential construction and apartment projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Proactive and organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations.
