Charlotte Pass Snow Resort is seeking a passionate and reliable Staff Chef to join our team for the 2025 winter season! Nestled in the stunning Snowy Mountains, Charlotte Pass is Australia's highest and most unique alpine resort – snowbound and only accessible by oversnow transport.

This is a hands-on, solo chef role, ideal for someone who enjoys creating hearty, home-style meals and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be an essential part of our seasonal family, fueling the hard-working team that keeps the resort running smoothly.

The Role:

Prepare and cook dinner 6 nights per week for 100–120 staff members.

Deliver a variety of nutritious and satisfying meals on a rotating menu.

Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen hygiene to maintain a smooth, clean operation.

Collaborate with resort management to accommodate dietary requirements and ensure staff satisfaction.

You’ll Need:

Proven experience cooking for large groups (ideally in remote, seasonal or bulk-catering environments).

Ability to work independently and maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen.

Excellent time management and a strong work ethic.

A positive attitude and team-first mentality – we’re all in it together up here!

Current Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain).
