As the seasonal Chef on Sweers Island, you will have the unique opportunity to showcase your culinary skills against the stunning backdrop of ocean views. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes for the 2025 season, so join us as a motivated couple (other roles available) or individual to experience all the Gulf has to offer.

Your role will encompass:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while ensuring exceptional taste and presentation.
• Adhering to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene to maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure a smooth culinary operation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality results for up to 30 clients & staff
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously in a small team.
• Food Safety and Hygiene certification is a plus
