About the Role

This relationship-focused role is about partnering with customers and waste providers to ensure Jeffries values and service standards shine through. It’s not transactional – it’s about taking ownership, building trust, and finding smart, sustainable solutions in a fast-moving environment.
The goal is to drive engagement, resolve issues on the ground, and maintain high satisfaction levels - all while keeping operations aligned with our mission of creating value from organic resources.
Key Responsibilities Include
Act as the main point of contact for customer and waste partner support across Jeffries Compost Service
Visit customer sites to investigate and resolve service issues (e.g. contamination, empty bin)
Lead customer education efforts to promote long-term service success
Work closely with waste partners to ensure accountability, alignment, and timely action
Use CRM tools to track insights, identify trends, and report activity
Proactively maintain customer satisfaction and retention
Make confident decisions — knowing when to persist, when to adapt, and when to reassess
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in customer-facing roles — ideally in FMCG, field services, or account support
Strong sense of ownership and the drive to take initiative
Solid CRM literacy and a knack for turning data into action (HubSpot experience advantageous)
Resilience and a practical, problem-solving mindset
Flexibility and a willingness to pitch in where needed
A genuine passion for sustainability and purpose-driven work
