About the role
As an Automation Technical Lead, you will build and develop RPA capability across the ATO. You’ll be responsible for the technical direction, standards and subsequent integration with other emerging technologies.
Your duties
· Take ownership of the end-to-end solution design, development, and testing of RPA development
· Design and implement new system integrations, create guides, and address evolving development and maintenance challenges
· Organise and deliver training sessions, engaging a diverse range of business partners to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
· Mentor and support internal graduates and secondees.
Skills and experience
· Experience in RPA development
· Experience conducting RPA code reviews and identifies malicious code
· Critically analyse complex information and identify effective alternative solutions
· Industry certification in Robotic Process Automation would be highly regarded
· Qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems would be highly regarded.
