We're after a Senior Quality Engineer who’s not just about squashing bugs—but about shaping the entire quality culture. You’ll be leading from the front: building smart automation frameworks, mentoring QEs, influencing strategy, and embedding quality across multiple squads and domains.

If you're someone who thrives in CI/CD pipelines, lives for API and UI testing, and can confidently drop names like Playwright, Postman, JMeter, and AWS into a conversation—you’re probably our kind of person.

The Role

You’ll champion quality across multiple apps and teams—driving automation, embedding performance testing, and making test strategy a first-class citizen in every delivery. You’ll shape tooling, guide cloud-based testing in AWS/GCP/Azure, and containerise test execution like a pro. Beyond the tech, you’ll be a go-to mentor for quality engineers across the business.

About You

• You're fluent in test automation, from API to UI, and have the battle scars to prove it.
  
  
• You know your way around tools like Rest Assured, Playwright, and WebdriverIO.
  
  
• You can talk about performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner) without Googling mid-sentence.
  
  
• You think “shift-left” isn’t just a buzzword—it’s your way of life.
  
  
• You thrive in Agile teams, get a kick out of collaboration, and know quality is a team sport.
