Grove is looking for a strategically minded and action-oriented leader to take full ownership of our Quality, Safety, Environmental and Systems framework across modular construction, manufacturing, transport and hire operations.

This newly defined executive-level role reports directly to the CEO and sits on the Leadership Team. You’ll oversee compliance, governance, and risk functions—while working side by side with operations and compliance teams to turn system insights into cultural and business transformation.

About the Role

This is not a siloed corporate role. You’ll be working across every layer of the business—partnering with site teams, project leads, and senior executives to drive quality and safety improvements, uphold ISO certifications, and build future-ready systems.

You’ll lead a team of specialists across:

Quality assurance & compliance

Transport safety

Workplace health & safety

Environmental compliance and Social Procurement

Systems architecture and process improvement

Your time will be balanced between:

Working alongside boots-on-the-ground compliance teams to identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities

Shaping and refining our systems, frameworks and reporting processes to meet and exceed regulatory and ISO standards

Leading cultural change that supports safety, accountability and operational excellence

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading Grove’s integrated QHSE and systems strategy across multiple divisions

Ensuring ongoing ISO compliance (Quality, WHS, and Environmental)

Translating field-level insights into practical improvements across safety, quality and systems

Coaching and developing a multidisciplinary compliance team

Partnering with senior leadership to embed risk-aware, quality-driven decision-making

Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and internal frameworks

Driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the group

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a senior compliance or systems role (Head of QHSE, GM Compliance, or similar)

A strong background in manufacturing, construction or transport

Experience leading multi-functional teams across safety, quality, and systems

Deep understanding of ISO frameworks and compliance auditing

A process-oriented thinker who can move fast, prioritise well, and see the big picture

Confident working across both high-level strategy and frontline problem-solving
