About the Role

Work directly with farmers to understand their needs and provide tailored agronomic and machinery solutions
Deliver and assemble Precision planters, ensuring optimal performance
Conduct on-farm demonstrations and product training sessions
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in the field

What We’re Looking For

Agronomic knowledge – you understand soil, crop establishment, and plant health.

Formal Qualification - Tertiary degree qualified in Agricultural Science
Sales & customer service skills – you can engage with farmers and offer solutions
A love for agriculture – you are passionate about improving productivity
A self-starter attitude – you thrive working independently and as part of a team

Technical aptitude – you can work with machinery, calibrate equipment, and diagnose issues
