Varying shifts available to the right candidates.
SIL day and overnight shifts, Active overnight shifts, after school evening shifts, Day program shifts, weekends, school holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized support to enhance independence and build confidence.

Employ proactive strategies to manage complex behaviours and promote positive interactions.

Plan and lead tailored activities, including sensory play, social outings, and life skills development.

Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure comprehensive support.

Maintain a safe, nurturing environment that respects individual needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in disability support is not essential but preferred.
We believe in molding our new staff and training them to best work with our participants

Strong understanding of autism and trauma-informed care.

Essential certifications: WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Driver’s License, First Aid & CPR, Comprehensive Car Insurance.
