ABOUT THE ROLE

As SAP Delivery Lead, you'll take ownership of a key functional workstream within a major SAP S/4HANA implementation. You'll be responsible for end-to-end delivery-guiding a team of consultants and analysts through design, build, test, and deployment phases while ensuring alignment with the program's broader objectives, scope, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead and manage the assigned SAP workstream (e.g., EAM, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing).
• 
  Own project planning, milestone delivery, and integration with broader program efforts.
• 
  Engage closely with Program Managers, PMO, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• 
  Ensure alignment of system capabilities with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• 
  Drive functional and integration testing, defect resolution, and cutover planning.
• 
  Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery quality.
• 
  Guide project change request processes in collaboration with stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

You are a confident SAP delivery leader with the technical depth, stakeholder savvy, and structured project delivery skills to drive complex workstreams to success. You enjoy working at the intersection of business process and technical design, and are ready to bring your leadership to a high-impact transformation.
What You'll Bring:

• 
  10+ years of SAP project experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in a delivery lead or project manager capacity.
• 
  Proven experience leading SAP modules like EAM, PS, MM, SD, FI/CO, or WM.
• 
  Strong understanding of SAP best practices and implementation methodologies (Activate, Agile, Waterfall).
• 
  Excellent stakeholder engagement and team leadership capabilities.
• 
  Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, HPQC, and Microsoft Project.
• 
  Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP) are highly regarded.

  Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based deployments.
• 
  Understanding of integration points between SAP modules.
• 
  Ability to mentor, inspire, and influence cross-functional teams.
•
