We’re looking for a passionate, driven In-Home Sales Professional to join our Melbourne-based team. If you have a strong background in face-to-face or direct in-home sales, thrive on helping people, and want to be part of something meaningful — this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Attending pre-booked, pre-qualified appointments (no cold calling or door knocking)
• Educating customers about water quality and the health benefits of filtration
• Demonstrating Purify+ systems in the home and guiding clients through product selection
• Helping clients with interest-free payment plans and completing order documentation
• Following up with customers and ensuring a premium, trust-based experience
• Using our CRM to log appointments, leads, and outcomes efficiently
• Collaborating with our team and sharing insights to improve results

What We’re Looking For
• Proven in-home sales experience – ideally in water filtration, solar, home improvement, or similar high-ticket categories.
• Strong communication and listening skills – confident, honest, and customer-first.
• Comfortable with virtual appointments via Zoom (occasionally required)
• Tech-savvy enough to use a CRM and tablet-based order systems
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented – we love closers with integrity
• Available for evening appointments and alternate Saturdays
• Full, valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential
