About the Role:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
  
• Permanent role based in Carole Park
  
• Support the Customer Service Manager, Sales Reps & wider team
  
• Mix of office and occasional warehouse duties
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
• Process customer orders & maintain accurate records
  
• Communicate delivery updates and order changes to clients
  
• Maintain customer stock levels & manage stock replenishments
  
• Handle incoming calls, reception coverage, and outgoing mail
  
• Raise POs, create packing slips, manage credits & invoicing
  
• Coordinate deliveries and logistics with transport teams
  
  What We're Looking For:
  
• Strong customer service & communication skills
  
• High attention to detail and great time management
  
• Confident working across systems - Excel, Outlook, SAP
  
• A team player who can adapt quickly to change
  
• Certificate III in Business or similar + experience preferred
  
  Bonus Points:
  
• You enjoy multitasking and problem-solving under pressure
  
• You're physically capable of lifting up to 10kg when needed
  
• You take initiative and love delivering a seamless customer experience
