The Harrison Barratt Group is currently recruiting for AM & PM Transport Allocators to join our client's busy depot/warehouse in Auburn. We are actively seeking applications for an immediate start!

About the Role:
As a Transport Allocator, you will play a crucial role in managing and allocating transport resources, ensuring the seamless execution of deliveries, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Plan and allocate routes for drivers and vehicles to ensure timely deliveries
✔ Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to provide clear instructions and updates
✔ Maintain accurate records, including run sheets, schedules, and compliance documentation
✔ Address and resolve any operational issues or delays to ensure smooth transport operations
✔ Monitor fleet efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement
✔ Uphold strict adherence to safety standards and regulations

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous experience in transport scheduling/allocation or similar logistics operations
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
✔ Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with drivers and stakeholders
✔ A proactive and organised mindset with a keen attention to detail
✔ Familiarity with transport management systems and compliance requirements
