About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Depot Supervisor / Fleet Controller to oversee our daily warehouse and driver operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and practical know-how. Reporting directly to the business owners, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our delivery fleet runs smoothly, safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the metropolitan delivery fleet

Lead and motivate a team of drivers to ensure performance, safety, and compliance

Monitor and enforce transport industry regulations including Chain of Responsibility and Load Restraint

Resolve operational challenges with a practical, customer-first mindset

Collaborate with leadership to implement improvements and meet daily service demands

Maintain high standards of safety, service, and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role within a delivery fleet environment

Forklift licence (essential)

Sound understanding of OHS practices and transport regulations

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Solid computer literacy and comfort working with logistics systems

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
