The Opportunity

As an Information Services Business Support and Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the physical and resourcing aspects of the Information Services (IS) business operations.
  • Administering the IS support activities to ensure the effective and efficient running of the Directorate.
  • Providing advice and guidance on business support matters to ensure that IS meets Department of Communities’ objectives, aligns to the Business Services Divisional direction, and runs efficiently.
  • Provides administrative support to the Manager, IS Business and Executive Support and other business unit managers within the Division’s as required.
