About You
Not only are you an expert in supporting and maintaining Tier 1 and ERP Applications, but you have the leadership and communication skills to develop and support a specialist team of SME's, effectively manage the full vendor lifecycle, and provide technical advice to internal stakeholders.

About the position
The Coordinator Application Services Operations supports key stakeholders and customers of Council’s broad list of business applications, supervises a specialist support team providing expert knowledge and support services, and seeks continual improvement in the Application Portfolio.
- This is a fixed term full-time position based in the Toowoomba CBD until 28 June 2026.
- The annual salary range for this position is $106,114.31 - $112,546.44 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

How to be successful in this position
- Hold the necessary combination of qualifications, training and experience, as outlined under the 'Success Criteria' in the Position Description (attached).
- Extensive knowledge of coordinating Tier 1 and ERP Applications in a support and maintain environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
