The Role

If so, you may be the ideal candidate for the role of Curriculum Services Program Coordinator at our school.
Baldivis BSC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Coordinator – Curriculum Support to join our team.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving improvements in evidence-based instructional practices to support students with both imputed and diagnosed needs—such as autism, dyslexia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and intellectual disability. You will also lead the development of high-quality learning support documentation for teachers, including individual learning plans, differentiation strategies, and assessment accommodations.
As the Curriculum Services Program Coordinator, you will:
- Collaborate with external agencies and support services to ensure planning is thorough and aligned with the needs and goals of students and their families.
- Maximise the use of physical and financial resources for students, including assistive technology, specialised learning materials, and school funding programs.
- Prepare and review Disability Resourcing applications.
- Manage and ensure compliance with the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) for school students with disability.
As a strategic leader, you will utilise data and other key information sources to evaluate current programs and practices. Working in collaboration with key stakeholders, you will design and implement innovative, evidence-based approaches to support strong student outcomes. You will be responsible for developing strategic plans, programs and reports that support students across all year groups and, where appropriate, demonstrate best practice for staff through modelling and mentorship.
