The opportunity
The Vikings Group are looking for hospitality leaders who are passionate about making a difference to the everyday experience of their peers and customers!
As a supervisor for The Vikings Group, you will work collaboratively with venue management to provide guidance and support to your team and quality service to patrons. You will play a key role in overseeing, leading and coaching the team to deliver exceptional and consistent customer service.
Your responsibilities
Oversee and maintain the high standards of the venue
Provide exceptional customer service
Lead a dedicated team and maintain a “lead from the front” approach
Identify areas for improvement & provide direct feedback and guidance to the team
Work a rotating roster consisting of days, nights and weekends
Possess exceptional communication skills, as well as cash-handling and reporting skills
