The Role

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT systems, ensuring reliability, security, and seamless connectivity across retail locations and head office operations. You will oversee network configurations, support both cloud-based and on-premise systems, and provide technical assistance to retail and corporate teams. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting technical issues, implementing new technologies, and optimizing system performance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and administer company networks, servers, and cloud environments to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
• Provide technical support and training for retail and corporate employees to enhance system efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in system administration, network management, and IT security.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based and on-premise IT environments, ideally within a retail setting.
• Expertise in cybersecurity, data protection, and troubleshooting IT-related challenges.
