Rafia Bari Pty Ltd trading as Salt&Pepper grill located in Kensington, WA is looking for a full time Cook who is enthusiastic, and passionate about food with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Experience in fast paced commercial kitchen is a must.

Responsibilities and Duties will include but not limited to

Menu design, development and costing in conjunction with the head chef.

Stock ordering and control.

Setting up workstations and operating kitchen equipment

Measuring and weighing ingredients

Following recipes and menus

Presenting and garnishing dishes

Always Maintaining a clean workspace

Keeping up with cooking techniques and methods

Adhering to kitchen hygiene and safety standards

Skills required:

3 years of work experience in busy commercial kitchen

Minimum qualification - Certificate IV and Diploma in Hospitality
