Facility Manager - Inner East Melbourne
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day to day operations of a medium sized aged care facility in the Inner East suburbs of Melbourne.

In this role you will manage all the clinical and non clinical running of the aged care home along with all staff associated.

About the role:
As the Facility Manager, you will oversee the operations a large, fully-accredited Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) that holds accreditation until late 2026.

• Large residential aged care facility with a welcoming and supportive team!
• Fully accredited until 2026
• $160-170k + super (based on experience)

• Ensure your home complies with the Aged Care standards
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
• Ensure the efficient operational and financial management of the home

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience working as a Facility Manager within Aged Care
• Valid AHPRA registration (DIV 1)
• Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and operational processes.
• Demonstrated commitment to resident-centred care and continuous quality improvement.
