About The Role

The Facility Manager is responsible for:

• Provide strong leadership and clear direction, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and sound financial management to meet all organizational requirements and objectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability and excellence while promoting the core values of the organization

Requirements

• People/stakeholder management skills
• 3-5 years experince in Facility Management of a residential aged care setting
• AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse Division 1
• IPC, teritary qualifications and commissioning experience desirable
• Extensive knowledge of the accreditation standards and AN-ACC
