Facility Manager - Relocate to NSW!!

Looking for a fresh start and change of Scenery?? Here at Redstone, we are seeking a driven Residential Aged Care Manager who is open to relocation to join a distinguished aged care provider in NSW.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facility Manager to lead a medium-sized residential aged care facility in the beautiful coastal town of Port Macquarie.

About the role:

• As the FM you will have direct oversight of the operational management of the facility supported by a dedicated team of care professionals.
• Working in a well run home that is fully accredited until 2026.
• Your leadership will ensure the delivery of exceptional care standards, while fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
• Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will also have the support of a Care Manager and a roving Quality & Education team.

About you:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with proven experience in a Facility Manager/Residential Manager/Director of Care role within Aged Care.
• Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards with experience leading a clinical team through accreditation
• Experience with change management, fostering a supportive culture
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
