Located in the Geelong region we are looking for a Facility Manager to manage the operations of a medium sized home. (100 + beds)
In this role you will manage all the clinical and non clinical running of the aged care home along with all staff associated. You will have the support of a Care Manager and all floor staff, along with support from all relevant departments.

Requirements:
- Extensive Facility/ Residential Management experience
- RN - DIV 1
- Outstanding people & culture management skills
- Knowledge and hands on experience of change management
- Experience in rostering and other HR duties
- Proven experience with accreditation standards
- Solid understanding of continuous improvement
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
