We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Safety Advisor to join our team on a landmark commercial construction project — the delivery of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Brisbane.

Responsibilities

• Drive site safety culture through daily presence and proactive leadership
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments across various work zones
• Monitor and maintain WHS documentation including SWMS, risk registers, and safety plans
• Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions
• Investigate incidents and ensure timely close-out of corrective actions
• Ensure contractor compliance with WHS requirements and assist with permit systems
• Collaborate closely with project engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors

The person

• 3+ years' Safety Advisory experience
• Cert IV in WHS
• Long-term career opportunities with a growing construction group
