About your new role:
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following –

• Leading and guiding a small team
• Coordinating and allocating tasks
• Precisely cutting, mitre and assemble of aluminium and polycarbonate components
• Ensuring that all products meet quality standards before being despatched
• Optimise the warehouse space and keep a clean and safe working environment
• Assemble the wood crates for the safe transportation of the product

About you:

• 5+ years of proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment (aluminium, glass or metalwork preferred)
• Proven experience in effectively and efficiently using tools for cutting, measuring and assembling
• Demonstrated, natural, leadership and organisation skills
• Proven experience in being able to interpret technical drawings
• Experience in production scheduling and workflow planning
