Role Description

This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a strong "hunter" mentality who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth from within. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, following up on leads, and proactively seeking new sales opportunities across a range of aluminium products and systems. Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing prompt and accurate information.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse customer base.

Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue potential clients.

Support the external sales team by managing internal sales processes efficiently.

Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product range and technical specifications.

Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.

Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Salary and Benefits

Base $70k - $80k | Super 11.5%
