About the Role

As our Chief Operating Officer (COO), you’ll be the Integrator — turning vision into results by bringing structure, rhythm, and operational excellence to a fast-growing, ever-evolving business.

You’ll lead and align cross-functional teams, build strong systems and accountability, and ensure the machine runs smoothly from 1 to 100.

You will play a central role in embedding operational excellence, improving predictability across the business, and ensuring alignment between strategic goals and day-to-day execution.

Partnering with the CEO, focused on Vision, Innovation, and Growth. Together, you'll scale a business that is not only high-performing but also deeply rooted in values, creativity, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Build scalable systems, SOPS, and dashboards that drive consistency and efficiency across the organisation.

Lead daily business operations across marketing, inventory, finance, product, and customer experience.

Optimise supply chain, vendor relationships, and fulfilment logistics to support growth and profitability.

Ensure cross-departmental alignment and execution of business priorities.

Strategic Execution

Translate the company vision and strategic goals into quarterly plans and actionable roadmaps.

Prioritise and manage complex initiatives, ensuring high-impact projects are delivered on time.

Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute company OKRS.

People & Performance Management

Lead, coach, and hold department managers accountable for performance and operational KPIs.

Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement across all functions.

Implement effective team rhythms, reporting structures, and review cadences.

🧠 Superpowers You Bring

Deep expertise in systems, structure, budgeting, and resource planning.

Natural at cross-functional alignment — you speak marketing, ops, product, and finance.

A strong sense of managerial courage — clear, direct, and kind in holding people accountable.

Relentless in execution — tracking KPIs, removing blockers, and keeping focus.

Ideal Background

8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain, operations, eCommerce, or DTC businesses.

Proven success managing across core business functions — Inventory ↔ Finance ↔ Product ↔ Marketing ↔ Operations — with a deep understanding of how they interconnect and impact each other.

Must have experience in fast stockturn eCommerce environments, where speed, margin, and execution velocity are critical.

Strong analytical and financial acumen; experienced with dashboards, forecasting, and cost optimization.

Skilled in project management and change management, especially in scaling teams and processes.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills — comfortable holding senior stakeholders accountable while fostering collaboration and performance.
