Specialising in offsite manufacturing, the studio is at the forefront of integrating advanced technologies to deliver high-quality, efficient, and environmentally conscious buildings. They are seeking a Design Manager to lead the design development and documentation of various projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and documentation process for modular components, ensuring alignment with project requirements and manufacturing capabilities

Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to resolve design issues during all project phases

Manage the handover and collection of appropriate documentation to facilitate efficient manufacturing processes

Coordinate internal resources and consultant teams to achieve project objectives

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards

Skills & Experience

Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent

ARBV Registration preferred

6-10 years of proven experience in architecture or design management within the construction or manufacturing industry

In-depth knowledge of building regulations, compliance standards, and sustainability practices

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
