ABOUT THE COMPANY.

My client is currently seeking an Architecture Project Manager to join their organisation on a 2 month contract. You will be reporting to the Team Leader Major Projects and liaising with various teams, including civil/structural engineering, planning, construction and external consultant.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Council's Infrastructure Program to ensure the designs comply with Council policies and practices. The role will have a strong focus on community engagement and communication as well as meeting legislative and governance requirements.

DUTIES.

• Manage and coordinate the design of key masterplans, building and public domain projects
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare tender documentation and specification
• Monitor key programs, budget, scope and quality parameters

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Engineering, Building, Project Management or related
• Class C Driver's License
• White Card
• Excellent design management experience or extensive consultant management experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
