About the role

Join the dynamic team at Westminster Coverforce as an Insurance Account Executive in a busy SME team. In this full-time position based in Perth, WA, you will be responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Leveraging your expertise in the Insurance industry, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients manage their risks and protect their businesses.

What you'll be doing

Proactively engage with SME clients to understand their unique insurance needs

Research and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options

Negotiate with insurance providers to secure the best possible terms and premiums for clients

Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction

Maintain detailed records and documentation of client interactions and policy details

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and product developments

Collaborate with the broader team to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth

Process on Winbeat renewals, new business, endorsement and non financial transactions

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar insurance sales or account management role, preferably within the SME market

Strong understanding of the insurance industry, products, and regulations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients

Proficient in using insurance-related software and CRM systems

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Insurance, is highly desirable
