As the ICT Customer Support Officer, you’ll be a key part of a small, supportive team, offering both onsite and remote support across various locations.

Our client is a special assistance school which provides flexible education and learning options. Our client's students include those who have disengaged from mainstream education, are young parents, currently in or leaving out of home care, experiencing homelessness and those who may be experiencing mental health or learning difficulties.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the first point of contact for all IT support inquiries (via phone, email, and ticketing).
• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and key applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for staff and students.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain IT asset records.
• Offer application support, especially for Dynamics 365 and Canvas LMS.
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of incidents in line with ITIL practices.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years’ experience in IT support (ideally in education).
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows environments.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication – able to assist technical and non-technical users.
• A valid Working with Children Check and ability to pass a police check.
• Own car (mileage allowance for occasional site visits)
