Description:

As a Pega Technical Architect with 8-10 years’ experience in designing and implementing enterprise Class Rules, PRPC Flows, Activities, Repots and Correspondence, PRPC Case Management and various PRPC Integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.

Oversee the development and implementation of Pega applications ensuring high performance and scalability.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams fostering a collaborative environment.

Ensure seamless integration of Pega applications with existing systems and data sources.

Develop and maintain Pega reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

Enhance user experience by designing intuitive and efficient Pega interfaces.

Implement Pega Mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.

Manage Pega Case Management to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

Utilize Pega Decision Hub to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business outcomes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications :

· Certified Pega CLSA architect with experience on PEGA, PRPC 6.x, PRPC 7.x, PRPC 8.x PRPC 23.x

· Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.

· Experience with databases like Oracle, MS SQL Server 2012+, DB2

· Experience with 3-tiered application development and support

· Languages: Java, SOA, WSDL, Web services

· Web Technologies: HTML, XML, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS

· Ability to analyze, design and support implementation of business specific Pega solutions and/or frameworks

· Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch customer experience

· Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using Pegasystems Smart methodology and DCO tools.

· Good hands on implementing PEGA integration services using REST, SOAP, Email etc. Good understanding of PEGA new case management features.

· Pega Project Management exp is mandatory
