Salary: $88,862 – 100,987 per annum + 11.5% super

The Senior Asset Officer will play a key role in the management and upkeep of the City of Fremantle’s asset management system in relation to infrastructure, buildings and natural assets, with the goal of maximising their benefit to the community.
Key responsibilities include:
• The Senior Asset Officer works closely with the Principal Asset Management to develop and implement asset management frameworks, policies, processes, plans and the associated Asset Management Information Systems and tools to support infrastructure strategies.
• Leading comprehensive life cycle analysis of the portfolio including corresponding capital programs and forward works plans.
• Lead the coordination of multidisciplinary projects for asset management matters, including in large scale asset data collection programs.
• Driving the collection of data and relevant workflows onto Enterprise Asset Management Systems and the continuous cycle of improvement that is required.
The successful applicant will have strong analytical skills, with impeccable attention to detail and knowledge of ISO 55000 standards. They will have effective communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships to provide accurate, appropriate technical advice to management, staff and contractors.
