Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO
High-Level Support | Adelaide | Office-Based
Are you a sharp, solutions-focused Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment? Our client, a leading name in recruitment and employment services, is seeking a trusted right hand to support their dynamic Founder and CEO.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of a growing business, supporting a driven and visionary leader who has successfully led the company for over 35 years. With decades of experience and a fast-moving, high-energy working style, the CEO needs a proactive and agile EA who can stay ten steps ahead, think commercially, and create calm within the chaos.
You’ll work closely with the C-Suite and wider executive team — including General Management and the Chief of Operations — in a culture that values initiative, precision, and collaboration.
This role is office-based, located in the heart of Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end calendar and diary management across multiple time zones
Coordinating domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics
Organising and managing high-level meetings, board packs, and presentations
Planning and executing executive-level events and internal functions
Managing personal tasks and errands on behalf of the CEO
Supporting business operations and handling confidential matters with discretion
Liaising with clients, partners, and stakeholders at the highest level
Occasional interstate or international travel as required
Support with office relocation and renovations, including coordination of suppliers, timelines, and logistics
About You
Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Business-savvy with strong commercial awareness
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident working with executives, clients, and stakeholders
Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and productivity tools
Experience with office fit-outs, relocations or renovations is highly desirable
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure
A valid passport and flexibility to travel on occasion
