Warehouse Officer

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to join the team at Tomingley Gold Operations.

Duties of the position include:

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.

Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cyclical counts and audits.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely delivery and receipt of goods.

Perform general administration duties as required to ensure daily performance targets are achieved.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations.

The position requires:

Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.

High-Risk Forklift Licence

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Current C Class drivers licence

About Us

Tomingley Gold Mine, owned and operated by Alkane Resources Ltd, is situated near the village of Tomingley, 50 km south of Dubbo in Central New South Wales. Our current operation runs an underground mine, and processing plant that is responsible for producing gold bullion on-site. The mine's workforce consists of over 250 permanent employees who hold various roles in professional, technical, mining, processing, and trades.

One significant development for the Tomingley Gold Mine is the approval for the expansion of both open-cut and underground mines, located 3 km to the south of the existing Tomingley deposits. This development approval and expansion takes the mine life beyond 2031.
