Jamison Veterinary Hospital in Macquarie, Canberra, is looking for an experienced vet nurse to complete our professional team. Full or part time small animal nursing position, with some reception duties. We currently have a team of three vets and are expanding our amazing support team.

About the Position

· General vet nursing duties including patient care, surgical support and anaesthetic monitoring.

· Perform pre- and post-op procedures, run bloods/urine samples and prepare/administer medication.

· General reception tasks including answering phone and scheduling appointments.

· Stock management and equipment maintenance.

About You

· Certificate IV in vet nursing or equivalent.

· Commitment to promoting a positive work environment for all and grow our hospital.

· Enjoys supporting and mentoring others to achieve their goals.
