$30 – $35 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Cert IV Veterinary Nurse/ Veterinary Technician to join our team.

We are privately owned with all the equipment needed and continue to upgrade ensuring that newly developed techniques and practices are available for our patients.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

Delivering 10/10 client care to all patients and owners

Embracing our team values and contributing to our positive team culture

Consult nurse role assisting our vets in consults to complete patient notes, invoice, and provide information to our clients

Hospital patient nursing role

Surgical nursing role

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and expertise:

2+ years experience as a veterinary nurse and completed Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing

Extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures

Confidence in patient care and handling

Nursing skills and knowledge in the following areas, but not limited to IV catheter placement, venipuncture, blood pressure monitoring, anaesthetic monitoring, pain management, and fear-free nursing
