We are looking to employ a ROOM LEADER who is Diploma Trained or ECT qualified, who will be committed to offering high quality Education and care to the children in the 0-3 year room. This room has up to 30 children per day.

This is a permanent position Full Time

The center opening hours are 7am-6pm Monday to Friday
Qualifications required are:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and care or Early Childhood Teacher (or at least 50% through ECT)
* Working with Children Check
* Training in relation to special needs and inclusion support is desirable

Candidate must be available to work both open and close shifts and be flexible with hours throughout the rosters to ensure strong communications with parents and a well organised room

Relevant skills:
* Organise developmental programs for children's learning.
* Organise appropriate resources for children's learning and meets children's learning outcomes by providing experiences through play and learning
* Maintains health and safety and all areas of child protection and supervision.
* Promotes inclusion for children
* Supports and trains less experienced staff
* Supervision of children, junior staff and mentor other educators in the room
* Programming of daily activities.
* Organisation and general management of room is critical

Brings excitement and an energetic personality
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard
