ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a full-time Room Leader, you'll play a crucial role in shaping young minds. Join us in implementing a diverse, stimulating, and inclusive program that caters to children's strengths, interests, and needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, create, and implement exciting learning experiences for children.
• Maintain positive relationships with families.
• Foster collaborative relationships with fellow staff members.
• Float across all rooms/ age groups to provide lunch cover to staff

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL HAVE

• Minimum Diploma of Children’s Services.
• At least 2 year of experience in a childcare environment.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, Child Protection, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
• Sound working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Completed the approved Child Protection Course.
