KniGGhts are based in Mornington, Victoria. We act as a virtual office with an accounts focus for more than 40 Australian and international thoroughbred training businesses.

Many of our clients are high profile and are some of Australia's leading trainers. They have won races like the Melbourne Cup, Cox Plate and Golden Slipper.

About the role

We need an experienced Accounts Payable specialist. The successful applicant is required to help us facilitate and manage all of the accounts payable needs for our clients.

Skills and experience

Skills and experience that are highly valued but not essential -

A minimum of 2 years experience in working in an office in an accounts payable role

Active BAS Agent license

The ability to multi task and work under the pressure of deadlines.

The ability to develop and maintain relationships with a large amount of industry suppliers

The ability to manage cash flow for businesses with a high volume of transactions

Experience working with Xero

Experience working with industry software - Ardex/Prism
