Regional Youth Support Services (RYSS) is seeking an experienced and passionate Youth Leadership & Resilience Hub Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a coordinator, you will lead an innovative program that transforms the lives of vulnerable young people aged 10–17 across the Central Coast.

At RYSS, we believe in empowering young people to break cycles of disadvantage and create positive futures. As the Hub Coordinator, you will lead a team that provides mentorship, support, and life-changing programs to young people in need. You’ll oversee program delivery, ensure best practice outcomes, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure young people are connected to the right services and resources. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and contribute to a program with lasting impact.

Working as part of a highly skilled and dedicated team, you will:

✔️ Lead and manage the Youth Leadership & Resilience Hub, ensuring effective program delivery
✔️ Coordinate a team of youth workers and counsellors to provide one-on-one and group-based support
✔️ Drive the development of wellbeing-focused programs and creative initiatives
✔️ Collaborate with external agencies, including local schools, police, and mental health services
✔️ Oversee the coordination of case management and risk assessments for young people
✔️ Provide leadership and supervision to staff while promoting a positive and collaborative team culture

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in youth leadership or youth program coordination

Minimum qualification of Certificate IV (or higher) in Youth Work, Social Work, or related field

Extensive experience in case management and youth program delivery

Strong knowledge of trauma-informed, youth-centred, and strength-based practice

Understanding of mental health, child protection, and community service networks

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

A passion for supporting vulnerable young people to reach their full potential
