Opportunity now available for an Assistant Property Manager to become a valued member of our family friendly office with a highly supportive team culture and positive working environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting with the management of a residential portfolio
Supporting communication with landlords and tenants
Conducting regular routine inspections
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Assisting with vacate inspections and open homes
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in property management
Excellent time management, team work and organisational skills
A valid driver's license and a Certificate of Registration (essential)
Role includes use of a company car during work hours.
No weekend work required - Monday to Friday.
Servicing investment properties throughout Algester, Calamvale, Parkinson and surrounding nearby areas in both Brisbane / Logan City Councils.
