Are you a visionary Head Chef ready to lead a kitchen with a focus on high-quality, locally sourced, and sustainable seafood? At the Beaumaris Motor Yacht Squadron (BMYS), we’re embarking on an exciting journey to bring our catering in-house, and we’re looking for a culinary leader to guide this transformation.
What You’ll Do:
Lead a talented kitchen team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
Create and execute seasonal, innovative menus that celebrate BMYS’s rich fishing traditions.
Develop tailored menus for club events and private functions, from seated dinners to vibrant cocktail parties, to weddings and more.
Maintain the highest food safety standards and act as our Food Safety Supervisor.
Collaborate with the Club Manager to hire and train staff and ensure exceptional service.
Share ideas to enhance our dining experiences and increase food revenue.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef, with strong leadership skills.
Passion for using locally sourced, fresh ingredients and creating seafood-focused dishes.
Expertise in food safety compliance and kitchen management.
A creative and innovative approach to menu design.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering consistent quality.
