About the role

My client is seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Team Lead. This full-time role will be based in Teneriffe. As their Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality landscaping projects. What you'll be doing

Performing landscape construction tasks such as installing pavers, laying turf, building retaining walls, and constructing garden beds

Assisting with the installation of irrigation and lighting systems

Maintaining and operating landscaping equipment and machinery

Providing support to the landscape design team and project managers

Ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines

Adhering to all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Landscape Team Lead or similar role

Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques and materials

Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and equipment

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Relevant qualifications or certificates in landscaping or horticulture

Current driver's license

Experience in commercial hardscapes
