Are you a motivated and experienced Landscape Team Leader or Foreman ready to take charge of exciting projects? We’re on the hunt for a superstar to join our team in a permanent, full-time role, leading crews and delivering high-quality landscaping projects across the Sydney Metro area

As their Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality landscaping projects. They have a strong focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability, which they have built a reputation for delivering exceptional results.

We specialize in projects ranging from broad acre recreational works, resort developments, commercial/industrial sites to multi-housing developments with budgets up to $10million.

Salary: $80K-120K + Superannuation

Your Role:

Lead and manage the landscape construction team on various sites

Oversee and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Performing landscape construction tasks such as installing pavers, laying turf, building retaining walls, and constructing garden beds

Maintaining and operating landscaping equipment and machinery

Hands-on involvement in hardscaping & soft scaping tasks

Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and project schedules

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth project flow

Mentor and develop your team for high-quality outcomes

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Landscape Team Lead or similar role

Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and equipment

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Relevant qualifications or certificates in landscaping or horticulture, advantage

Current Driver's Licence essential

Experience in commercial hardscapes

Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience in hardscaping, paving, retaining walls, turfing, planting, and irrigation

White Card and relevant qualifications (trade qualifications preferred)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Strong knowledge, and possible use, of all relevant machinery utilized within the landscaping industry

Strong interpersonal skills, reliable and positive attitude
