We are growing and looking for skilled and motivated people to join our turf and landscape operations team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our operations team is growing due to demand and we are looking for experienced Landscapers / Machine Operators / Landscape All-rounders with experience in natural and synthetic lawn replacements projects.

This position involves:

Delivering end to end turf & landscape projects for residential clients

Truck driving (4.5t car license manual tipper)

Earthmoving including Micro and mini excavators, dumpers, kangas and posi-tracks. Not essential but very highly regarded in this role

Working alongside a Team Leader to deliver quality projects

Turf preparation, lawn replacements and new build landscape projects

Liaising with deliveries on site (skips, soil and turf)

Ensuring great customer service with clients

Completing projects to a high standard

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experienced Landscaper or skilled Machine Operator encouraged to apply

Experienced landscape labourer / allrounder with extensive experience working in residential landscape projects highly regarded

Synthetic Turf installation experience highly regarded but not essential (Full training available)

Confident working as part of a high performing landscape team

Confident and skilled with trucks and earthmoving machinery

Well presented, motivated, looking to earn great money and someone who enjoys being part of a successful team

Applicants who love seeing a lawn transformation and are committed to seeing projects to the end

Drivers license and own vehicle a must
